Editing the Delivery of your Presentation

Editing the delivery of your presentation allows you to customize how your audience receives and views your presentation. To edit the delivery, start on the presentation details page:

Select Edit Details.
Choose the Delivery tab. The below screen will be displayed.

When you select audio transcriptions you will be prompted to either upload a transcription file or select one of the providers. Transcriptions and captions should only be added after editing your video. If you need to have transcriptions or captions added to a video and are not set up with a provider, contact your application administrator.
You are able to convert your video presentation to a audio only podcast.
A vodcast will flatten the video so it can be published.
If you have a need to allow users to download the presentation you can check Publish to go.
The presentation thumbnail can be changed. When you click Select a file, you will be prompted to select a supported image file.
