Calendar and Availability
The Calendar and Availability are an incredibly useful feature of Mediasite. They allow you to view past and future recordings as well as where they are being recorded.
The Calendar view within the Mediasite Management portal is how you can see the past and future recordings broken up by day and duration. Each recording or scheduled recording will display the basic details of each presentation. Using the Calendar view, you can ensure that recordings are occurring at the expected time and duration.
While the Calendar view will display what is and has been recorded broken up by day and time. The Availability view will show what is going to be recorded at each recorder based on the time of the recording or schedule. When viewing the Availability, it can be useful to look for any overlap of recording or schedules.
