Connecting the Inputs

Each version of a recorder has slightly different inputs and variations in how sources can be connected. However, all recorders have enough in common that there are a few basic steps to get one up and running.

The basics of setting up your recorder start with connecting all of the power, sources, network and then powering everything on.

  1. Connect power cable
  2. Connect monitor, mouse and keyboard (optional)
  3. Connect video source(s)
  4. Connect audio breakout cable
  5. Connect audio source
  6. Connect content (slide) source
  7. Connect network cable
  8. Turn on all sources
  9. Power on the recorder
