Administrators can review pending Extension Requests by clicking on the Review menu and selecting Pending Requests. Next to each request, click the Approve button to grant or the Deny button to reject the request.

Reviewing Extension Requests for Administrators
Approved requests are extended by the duration specified in the Archive Policy setting How many days should content be retained before archive.
