When presentations are recorded, the system will store the smooth streaming files that match the profile on the template. This means that there are multiple quality versions of the same presentation. One way to maximize storage is to remove the smooth streaming from presentations within a folder.

Removing the Smooth Streaming version of Presentation is a good option to easily clear storage space on your server. To remove this file type you’ll need to use the Manage Content menu. Within the Management Portal, start on the Content tab:

1. Select the desired Presentations
2. Remove the On-Demand Smooth Streaming Content
3. Click the Manage Content Button > Remove Media
4. Remove Media: Smooth Streaming
5. Click: Save
