Importing presentations in Mediasite Mosaic allows you to upload videos in an MP4 format without having to access My Mediasite. When importing videos there is the option to import an individual video, or all the videos within a select folder. Either option will follow the same process with the only difference being what is selected.  For a more automated workflow, you can specify to have these imported videos automatically upload to My Mediasite.

Enable Automatic Upload 

Instructions: 

1. Open Mediasite Mosaic and click on the three dots 
2. Select Settings
3. Locate the Import section and toggle the setting Automatically upload presentations to My Mediasite to On

Now any imported video will automatically upload to My Mediasite.

Import a Single Video 

Instructions: 

Getting a single video file into Mediasite Mosaic only takes a few steps. You can upload any video in an MP4 format.  

1. Open Mediasite Mosaic and go to the Presentations tab 
2. Click the Import button 
3. Select Import Video 
4. Navigate Explorer to locate the video file.  
5. Click Open. 

 The video will be available in Mediasite Mosaic and automatically upload to My Mediasite based on your settings. 

Import a Folder of Videos 

Instructions: 

Getting all the videos within a folder into Mediasite Mosaic only takes a few steps. You can upload any video in an MP4 or format.  

1. Open Mediasite Mosaic and go to the Presentations tab 
2. Click the Import button 
3. Select Import Folder 
4. Navigate Explorer to locate the folder.  
5. Click Select Folder. 

The videos will be available in Mediasite Mosaic and automatically upload to My Mediasite based on your settings.
